Everyone can practise yoga and enjoy the benefits regardless of fitness level, age, size or mobility.

You don’t need to follow any religion to do yoga.

Everything can be altered to suit any body needs, either with props or modification of the poses… everyone can do it!

What Do I Teach

Combination of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Kundalini yoga.

Also some less known kriyas (dynamic) and asananas (static poses) discovered throughout my life.

Mindful stretching, concentrating on each part of your body with breath is rejuvenating and balancing; Visualising helps with practise; Mudras (yoga fingers) guide the energy flow and all of that is harmonising chakras, too!

I tailor my classes for runners, people who want to tackle the weight problems, people who want to just stretch and relax
